Discovery Questionnaire – You’ll complete a detailed questionnaire (Nothing too bulky, just a
few questions to get to know your brand)
Industry & Competitor Research – We dive deep into your market and competitive landscape
Target Audience Analysis – We define exactly who you’re speaking to and what they care

2. Access to existing brand materials (if any)

4. Your honest input in the kickoff meeting

Your Role:
Be open. Be honest. Share your vision, your fears, your goals. The more we know,
the better we can serve you.

POSITION

Where do you stand?

Timeline: (Week 2 to 3)
Your involvement: Medium (we present, you provide feedback)

What Happens:
1. Brand Strategy Development – We craft your brand foundation (purpose, vision,
mission, values)
2. Positioning Framework – We define your unique position in the market
3. Messaging Architecture – We develop your key messages, value proposition, and
brand voice
4. Strategy Presentation – We present everything to you for feedback and approval

Deliverables:
1. Complete Brand Strategy Document
2. Brand Positioning Framework
3. Messaging Guidelines

What We Need From You:
1. Thoughtful feedback on strategy presentation
2. Approval to move forward to visual identity phase

Your Role:
Review the strategy. Ask questions. Push back if something doesn’t feel right. This
is the foundation it needs to be solid before we build on it.

DESIGN

Creating How You Look

Timeline: Week 3 to 5
Your involvement: Medium (feedback on concepts)

What Happens:
1. Mood Board Creation – We explore visual directions based on your strategy
2. Logo Design Concepts – We present 1-3 logo concepts (depending on your package)
3. Concept Review & Refinement – You choose your favorite direction and we refine it
4. Visual Identity System – We develop your complete visual identity (colors, typography,
graphic elements)
5. Brand Applications – We show your brand in action across various touchpoints

Deliverables:
1. Logo Selection Document (15-20 pages)
2. Final Logo System (20-30+ files in multiple formats)
3. Complete Visual Identity (color palette, typography, graphic elements)
4. Brand Applications (business cards, social media templates, etc., depending on
package)

What We Need From You:
1. Timely feedback on concepts (we can’t move forward without your input!)
2. Final approval on chosen logo direction
3. Trust in our expertise (we know what works!)

Your Role:
Provide clear, specific feedback. If you don’t like something, tell us WHY. “I just don’t
like it” doesn’t help us improve. “It feels too corporate for our youthful audience” gives us
direction.

DOCUMENT

Codifying How You Show Up

Timeline: Week 5 to 7
Your involvement: Low (mostly on our end, review at the end)

What Happens:
1. Brand Guidelines Creation – We create your comprehensive brand style guide
2. Asset Organization – We organize all your brand files in a clear, accessible structure
3. Application Templates – We design templates for your ongoing brand use
4. Final Review – We walk you through everything to ensure you understand how to use it

Deliverables:
1. Complete Brand Guidelines Document 20+ pages, depending on package)
2. Organized Brand Asset Library (all logo files)
3. Quick Reference Guides for your team

What We Need From You:
1. Final review and approval of guidelines
2. Any last-minute questions or adjustments

Your Role:
Review the guidelines. Make sure you understand how to use everything. Ask
questions if anything is unclear.

LAUNCH

Introducing the New You to the World

Timeline: Week 7 to 8
Your involvement: High (you’re going live!)

What Happens:
1. Launch Strategy Session – We provide recommendations for rolling out your new
brand
2. Launch Support – We’re available for questions as you go live
3. Final Handoff – We deliver all files, guidelines, and resources

What We Need From You:
1. Confirmation that you’ve received and can access all files
2. Feedback on the process (we’re always improving!)

Launch with confidence! Share your new brand with the world. Tag us so we can
celebrate with you!

We want you to LOVE your brand. Here’s how revisions work:

Included Revisions (Per Your Package):
● Silver Package: zero rounds of revisions on chosen logo concept
● Gold Package: 1 round of revisions on chosen logo concept if any
● Diamond Package: 2 rounds of revisions on chosen logo concept if any

What Counts as a Revision:
1. Adjustments to colors, typography, spacing, sizing
2. Refinements to the chosen concept
3. Minor tweaks to layouts or applications

What’s Considered a New Request:

1. Completely new design directions after approval
2. Adding deliverables not in your original package
3. Significant scope changes
Additional revisions or new requests can be accommodated for an additional fee.

Our Commitment:
We’ll work with you until you’re thrilled with the result. But we also need clear, consolidated feedback to move efficiently.
Gather all feedback from your team and send it in ONE email rather than multiple scattered messages. This helps us implement everything at once!

Payment Schedule:
➔ 70% Deposit – Due before project kickoff (locks in your start date)
➔ 30% Final Payment – Due before final file delivery

Accepted Payment Methods:
➔ Bank Transfer (details provided in invoice)
➔ USD payments accepted for international clients

Late Payment Policy:
➔ Projects will be paused until payment is received within 5 business days of due date
➔ Completed work will be released after final payment is received

Your Information is Safe:
Everything you share with us is confidential. We will not share your business information,
strategies, or materials with anyone without your explicit permission.

You Own Your Brand:
Upon final payment, you own 100% of the brand identity we create for you: logos, designs,
strategy documents, everything.

Portfolio Use:
To maintain the brand’s standards, VIC-NORAH BRANDHUB retains the right to showcase all creative work within our professional portfolio.
Clients requesting full exclusivity or the omission of project assets from our public showcases will incur a Portfolio Exclusivity Fee, unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed at the project’s inception. Please note that comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are a dedicated feature of our premium package only.
